KOCAEL\u0130 (\u0130GFA) – <\/strong>Kocaeli B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi’nin \u201cAnne \u015eehir Sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 Ya\u015fam Projesi\u2019nde\u201d yer alan kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lara Kurban Bayram\u0131\u2019nda sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 beslenmede dikkat edilmesi gereken konular hakk\u0131nda seminer verildi.<\/p>\n

Aile bireylerinin bir araya geldi\u011fi, birbirinden lezzetli geleneksel yemekler e\u015fli\u011finde hasret giderildi\u011fi bayramda, yemeklerin do\u011fru \u015fekilde t\u00fcketildi\u011fi zaman sadece ruhumuza de\u011fil bedenimize de iyi gelece\u011fine vurgu yap\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n

Bayram sabah\u0131 kurban kesme tela\u015f\u0131 ile kahvalt\u0131 \u00f6\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn\u00fcn atlanabildi\u011fi hat\u0131rlat\u0131lan seminerde, kahvalt\u0131 \u00f6\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn\u00fcn sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir g\u00fcn ge\u00e7irmek i\u00e7in \u00f6nemli oldu\u011fu belirtildi.<\/p>\n

Seminerde, \u201cKurban Bayram\u0131\u2019nda kahvalt\u0131 genellikle kavurma e\u015fli\u011finde yap\u0131l\u0131r. Oysaki etin kesildikten sonra hemen t\u00fcketilmesi do\u011fru de\u011fildir. \u00d6l\u00fcm kat\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 nedeniyle et bu esnada yeterince lezzetli ve yumu\u015fak olmaz, pi\u015fme s\u00fcresini uzat\u0131r. Sindirim ile ilgili problemlere neden olabilir. Bu nedenle etler en az 24 saat bekletilmeli ve daha sonra t\u00fcketilmelidir. Et t\u00fcketimini di\u011fer g\u00fcnlere b\u0131rak\u0131p, ilk g\u00fcn yumurta, peynir, s\u00f6\u011f\u00fc\u015f sebzeler, taze ye\u015fillikler, tam tah\u0131ll\u0131 ekmek gibi besinlerle sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir kahvalt\u0131 tercih edilmelidir. Di\u011fer g\u00fcnlerde ise e\u011fer et t\u00fcketecekseniz yan\u0131nda ayn\u0131 besin grubundan olan peynir ve yumurtay\u0131 t\u00fcketmemeniz gerekmektedir. Yine s\u00f6\u011f\u00fc\u015f sebzeler ve tam tah\u0131ll\u0131 ekmekle beraber etinizi t\u00fcketebilirsiniz\u201d ifadelerine yer verildi.<\/p>\n

KURBAN ETLER\u0130 NASIL SAKLANMALIDIR?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Seminerde, kurban eti saklaman\u0131n p\u00fcf noktalar\u0131 da anlat\u0131ld\u0131. Bu ba\u011flamda kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lara, \u201cKesilen etlerin korunmas\u0131 ve saklanmas\u0131 insan sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00e7ok \u00f6nemlidir. Kurban etleri, b\u00fcy\u00fck par\u00e7alar \u015feklinde de\u011fil, birer yemeklik olacak \u015fekilde k\u0131yma, ku\u015fba\u015f\u0131 gibi k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck par\u00e7alara ayr\u0131larak buzdolab\u0131 po\u015fetine veya ya\u011fl\u0131 ka\u011f\u0131da sar\u0131lmal\u0131 ve buzdolab\u0131n\u0131n buzluk k\u0131sm\u0131nda veya derin dondurucuda saklanmal\u0131d\u0131r. Etler buzdolab\u0131nda -2 santigrat derecede 1-2 hafta, derin dondurucuda ise -18 santigrat derecede 3-6 ay saklanabilmektedir. Etlerin dondurulduktan sonra tekrar \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcnmesi baz\u0131 “mikroorganizmalar” i\u00e7in \u00fcreme ortam\u0131 olu\u015fturur. Etin \u00e7abuk \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcnmesi amac\u0131yla uygulanan kalorifer, soba \u00fczerinde \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcnme, oda s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda bekletme gibi y\u00f6ntemler, insan sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan tehlikeli sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 da beraberinde getirmektedir.
