2918 say\u0131l\u0131 Karayollar\u0131 Trafik Kanunu\u2019nda \u015ferit de\u011fi\u015ftirmek ile ilgili t\u00fcm zorunluluk ve yasaklar\u0131n b\u00fct\u00fcn a\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile bulundu\u011funu hat\u0131rlatan \u015eener, \u201cNeden hala hatal\u0131 \u015ferit de\u011fi\u015ftirmekten kaynakl\u0131 trafik kazalar\u0131n\u0131 ve bu kazalardaki \u00f6l\u00fcm ve yaralanmalar\u0131 konu\u015fuyoruz?\u201d sorusunu g\u00fcndeme getirdi.<\/p>\n
