Sa\u011fl\u0131k personelinin y\u00fcz\u00fcn\u00fc g\u00fcld\u00fcren projenin teslimine say\u0131l\u0131 g\u00fcnler kala konutlar\u0131 gezen Genel Sekreter G\u00fcndo\u011fdu, projeyi en ince ayr\u0131nt\u0131s\u0131na kadar yerinde inceleyerek, teknik personelden son durum hakk\u0131nda bilgi ald\u0131.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"500\" src=\"https:\/\/www.igfhaber.com\/static\/sa\/saglikkent-konutlari-nda-on-teslimat-20-kasim-da-5-1698302902-666.jpeg\" width=\"750\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00d6N TESL\u0130M PROGRAMI BELL\u0130 OLDU<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Toplam 36 bin 93 metrekare alan \u00fczerinde in\u015fa edilen, her ihtiyaca y\u00f6nelik farkl\u0131 konut tiplerinin bulundu\u011fu projede, ticari alanlar, a\u00e7\u0131k otoparklar ve \u00e7ocuk oyun alanlar\u0131 bulunuyor.<\/p>\n<p>Ayr\u0131ca geni\u015f ye\u015fil alana yer verilerek ekolojik d\u00fczeni sa\u011flayacak ya\u011fmur suyu toplan\u0131p tekrar kullan\u0131lacak, bu geri kazan\u0131m sayesinde site sakinleri aidattan tasarruf sa\u011flayacak. 502 dairenin oldu\u011fu Sa\u011fl\u0131kkent Konutlar\u0131nda, 52 adet 1+1 daire, 350 adet 2+1 daire ve 100 adet 3+1 daire yer al\u0131yor. Teslim a\u015famas\u0131na yakla\u015f\u0131lan ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n h\u0131zla s\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc projede, daire i\u00e7i ve altyap\u0131 imalatlar\u0131 tamamland\u0131.
