Bat\u0131 \u00fclkelerinin anayasalar\u0131 ve yay\u0131nlam\u0131\u015f olduklar\u0131 beyannameler, Bat\u0131y\u0131 \u00f6rnek alarak modernle\u015fen \u00fclkelerin y\u00f6netici ve ayd\u0131nlar\u0131n\u0131n ilham kayna\u011f\u0131 oldu. Helenlerin yabanc\u0131larla, Romal\u0131lar\u0131n barbarlarla, ha\u00e7l\u0131lar\u0131n M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlarla, s\u00f6m\u00fcrgecilerin yerlilerle, insanl\u0131k ad\u0131na ve onlara insanl\u0131k de\u011ferlerini ula\u015ft\u0131rmak i\u00e7in sava\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131 kabul edilir.<\/p>\n
