Felsef\u00ee Temeli \u0130sl\u00e2m’da “insan hakk\u0131” kavram\u0131 (7\u2019nci b\u00f6l\u00fcm)<\/h2>\n

Ger\u00e7ekten de merhamet ile sevgi (meveddet) ayn\u0131 k\u00f6ktendir, ayn\u0131 kaynaktand\u0131r, ancak, sevginin daha \u00f6zel anlam\u0131 vard\u0131r. Allah “Rah\u00eem’ ve “Ved\u00fbd”dur (H\u00fbd, 11\/90). Yine “g\u00e2fur” ve “vedud”dur (Bur\u00fac, 85\/14) Allah’\u0131n “halifesi” olma \u00fclk\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fc benimseyen m\u00fcminler de merhamet ve meveddet sahibi olur, insanlara ve canl\u0131lara merhamet ve ihs\u00e2n ile davran\u0131rlar. Ayr\u0131ca, m\u00fcminler aras\u0131nda da sadece “kendi gibi sevmek” de\u011fil, \u00fcstelik “kendisine tercih etmek” (is\u00e2r) hedefi g\u00f6sterilir (Ha\u015fr Suresi, 59\/9). \u015eu halde \u0130sl\u00e2m, “Alt\u0131n kural”\u0131 eksik b\u0131rakm\u0131\u015f de\u011fil, tam aksine, “bug\u00fcn size dininizi ikmal ettim” ve “Rabbinin kelimesi sidk ve adl ile tamamland\u0131” \u00e2yet-i ker\u00eemelerine (M\u00e2ide 5\/3; Enam, 6\/115) uygun olarak, ayr\u0131ca “ben Ahl\u00e2k mek\u00e2r\u00eemini tamamlamak i\u00e7in g\u00f6revlendirildim” buyuran Res\u00fbl-i Ekrem’in (S.A.V.) kutlu beyan\u0131na uygun olarak, alt\u0131n kural\u0131 tamamlam\u0131\u015f, ikm\u00e2l etmi\u015f, “is\u00e2r” \u00fclk\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fc getirmi\u015ftir. “is\u00e2r”, “Alt\u0131n kural”\u0131n da \u00fczerindedir.<\/p>\n

“Benli\u011fin bencilli\u011finden kurtulmak” (\u015fuhh-i nefsi yenmek) Alt\u0131n kural kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131d\u0131r. Alt\u0131n kural; Matth\u00e2us \u0130ncilinde \u015fu \u015fekilde yer al\u0131r: N\u00e2s’\u0131n size nas\u0131l davranmas\u0131n\u0131 istiyorsan\u0131z, siz de onlara kar\u015f\u0131 \u00f6yle davran\u0131n! \u0130\u015fte budur \u015eeriat’in ve nebilerin tebli\u011finin \u00f6z\u00fc! (7\/12). Daha sonra da “rahmet” ve “merhamet” emredilir (Lukas, 6\/31 ve 6\/32-38; Matth\u00e2us 5\/43-48). Isl\u00e2m’\u0131n, yukar\u0131da zikretti\u011fimiz buyruklar\u0131 ile, yine bir \u0130sl\u00e2m Peygamberi olan \u0130sa\u2019n\u0131n tebli\u011fi aras\u0131nda bu noktada en k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck bir fark var m\u0131d\u0131r? \u00dcstelik \u0130slam; adalet ve merhamet \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fc bir de “isar” \u00fclk\u00fcs\u00fc ile tamamlam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. is\u00e2r; Merhum Dr. Ali<\/p>\n

\u015eeriati’nin ve ondan \u00f6nce b\u00fct\u00fcn \u0130sl\u00e2mn \u00e5rif ve hak\u00eemlerinin, H\u0131ristiyan rahiplerinden de\u011fil Res\u00fbl-i Ekrem (S.A.V.) ve \u0130sa’dan Hazret-i Kur’an-\u0131 (A.S.), Ker\u00eem’den \u00f6\u011frendikleri bir ahl\u00e2k y\u00fcceli\u015fidir. \u0130nsan hakk\u0131 an\u0131t\u0131n\u0131n en sa\u011flam ve e\u015fsiz dayana\u011f\u0131 \u0130sl\u00e2m’da bulunur, \u00f6r\u00fcmcek evlerinde veya kum \u00fczerinde kurulan yap\u0131larda de\u011fil! Bu \u00e7\u00fcr\u00fck yap\u0131lar\u0131 kuranlar, \u00fcstelik yap\u0131 ustas\u0131 olduklar\u0131n\u0131 iddia etseler bile! Bu insanlarda ak\u0131l olsa, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcrler ki; \u00c2dem (A.S.) ilk insanl\u0131k mabedini, “in” olmaktan \u00e7\u0131kan ilk “beyt”i, ilk “ev”i Mekke’de kurmu\u015f (Al-i \u0130mr\u00e2n, 3\/96), daha sonra da \u0130brahim ve \u0130smail (A.S.) ayn\u0131 yerde bu yap\u0131y\u0131 yenilemi\u015flerdir (Bakara, 2\/125-128).<\/p>\n

\u0130nsan haklar\u0131n\u0131n tebli\u011fi, Adem (A.S.) ile bu kutlu “Ev”de ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r (\u00c2l-i Imran, 3\/96). Daha sonra, \u0130brahim ve \u0130smail (A.S.), Kud\u00fcs’deki mabedi de\u011fil, Adem’in mabedini yenilemi\u015fler, Kud\u00fcs’deki mabed Musa’n\u0131n (A.S.)
